Position Overview


The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) is the front‑line ambassador of arenaflex. You will greet visitors, guide them through our parts inventory, and help convert inquiries into sales. This role starts with a welcoming “Pick‑n‑Pull Greeter” experience and, through proven performance and dedication, can progress to Part Sales Specialist, Parts Advisor, and eventually Store Sales Lead.


As a CSA, you will be present during the busiest periods—including weekends, sale events, and peak traffic days—to ensure every customer receives swift, knowledgeable, and friendly assistance. Your commitment to safety, integrity, and teamwork will drive store performance and contribute to our overall mission of sustainable automotive solutions.

Key Responsibilities



  • Customer Interaction: Greet each guest with enthusiasm, answer product‑related questions, and provide clear, accurate information about part availability and pricing.

  • Sales Promotion: Apply the Pick‑n‑Pull 5‑Step Sales Model to identify needs, suggest suitable parts, upsell accessories, and close sales while maintaining a consultative approach.
  • Safety Advocacy: Champion arenaflex’s safety culture by adhering to all safety protocols, wearing required personal protective equipment, and encouraging safe practices among teammates and customers.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow CSAs, Parts Specialists, and management to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Loss Prevention & Cash Handling: Follow strict loss‑prevention, risk‑control, and cash‑handling procedures to protect inventory and company assets.

  • Facility Maintenance: Participate in housekeeping tasks—such as cleaning tires, moving batteries, sweeping, and mopping—to keep the store tidy and safe.

  • Problem Escalation: Recognize situations that require managerial assistance and promptly involve supervisors to resolve complex customer concerns.

  • Continuous Learning: Complete mandatory training modules, stay current on automotive part identification, and engage in ongoing education about the recycling industry.

  • Additional Duties: Undertake any other tasks assigned by the store manager that support operational efficiency and exceptional customer service.

Essential Qualifications



  • Demonstrated commitment to a safe work environment at all times.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, positive demeanor.

  • Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.

  • Reliable personal transportation to and from the American Canyon location.

  • Proficient English communication skills—reading, writing, and speaking.

  • Spanish language ability is a plus, though not required.

  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts and the ability to match parts to customer receipts or descriptions.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions


Physical Activities: The role requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and stretching to assist customers, relocate inventory, and perform housekeeping duties.



  • Manual dexterity for tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and handling tools.

  • Good visual acuity to accurately locate and identify parts.

  • Capability to remain on your feet for the duration of a shift.


Environment: You will work both indoors and outdoors, exposing you to varying weather conditions and occasional noise from machinery. All necessary safety equipment and training are provided.
