Key Responsibilities

- Check‑In & Boarding Management: Process reservations, assign seats, issue boarding passes, make gate announcements, and oversee the orderly boarding of flights.
- Baggage Oversight: Monitor carry‑on limits, supervise the loading of checked luggage, and conduct meticulous pre‑flight baggage checks.
- Special‑Needs Assistance: Provide tailored support for passengers with disabilities, wheelchair users, unaccompanied minors, and other unique requirements.
- International Arrivals Support: Manage the baggage claim area for inbound international flights, coordinate with customs, and address passenger concerns.
- Lost & Damaged Baggage Resolution: File BIR reports, trace mishandled items, arrange transportation for recovered baggage, and process compensation vouchers.
- Communication Stewardship: Keep passengers informed throughout the baggage recovery process via phone, email, and in‑person updates.
- Record Keeping & Data Accuracy: Update Passenger Name Record (PNR) files, reconcile delivery service invoices, and maintain precise operational logs.
- Safety & Security Compliance: Perform Aircraft Security Sweeps as directed by TSA, contribute to arenaflex’s Safety Management System (SMS), and report hazards promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Assist fellow CSRs during peak periods, share best practices, and contribute to a supportive workplace culture.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions, suggest process enhancements, and stay current with industry regulations.
