About the Company

Our client is a premium fragrance and lifestyle brand with international expansion across home fragrance, hotel scenting systems, and scented candles. The company is building its online commercial capabilities as a core growth engine and is establishing a structured e-commerce function to support long-term scale.
Role Overview

Develop and execute online sales and growth strategies
Manage brand website and online marketplace platforms
Plan pricing, promotion, and channel strategies to improve revenue performance
Work with marketing teams to optimise conversion, customer acquisition, and retention
Monitor and analyse performance metrics such as sales growth, conversion rates, and ROI
Establish processes and best practices for e-commerce operations
Support the development and leadership of the e-commerce team as the business grows

Relevant experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or online sales management
Experience managing projects or teams
Strong commercial mindset with responsibility for sales performance
Familiarity with brand websites, online marketplaces, and digital sales channels
Ability to work with data and performance metrics to drive improvements
Experience in consumer products, lifestyle, beauty, or related industries is advantageous
