I’m launching a new e-commerce business targeting the European market (France, Germany, Italy, Spain). I’m looking for an experienced consultant to help identify 1–3 strong products with: Long-term demand (not trends) Minimum 15% net margin Suitable for branding (ODM/OEM) Compatible with sourcing from China Realistic for storage and fulfillment from Dubai Category preference: Consumer electronics or high-volume accessories (not limited to electronics). What I need Market and competitor analysis (Amazon, Google, Meta) Demand validation Pricing and margin estimation Risk analysis (competition, stock risk) Clear recommendation with data Deliverables Short report (10–15 pages max) 1–3 validated product opportunities Pricing and margin logic Clear GO / NO-GO recommendation Budget Fixed price – open to proposals This is a paid test mission with potential long-term collaboration.
