E-commerce Virtual Assistant – Product Research / Bol.com / Canva
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support our growing online business.
Your main responsibilities will include product research, creating and optimizing Bol.com product listings, editing product images in Canva, and assisting with basic customer support tasks.
This is a long-term position. We will start with approximately 15–20 hours per week, with the possibility to increase hours as the business grows.
We prefer applicants from the Philippines due to strong experience in e-commerce support and good timezone compatibility.
Hourly Rate
$3 – $4 per hour
Responsibilities
- Product research on AliExpress
- Creating and optimizing Bol.com product listings
- Editing product images using Canva
- Assisting with customer support tasks
- Supporting general e-commerce operations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience with e-commerce
- Minimum 1 year experience with Canva
- ChatGPT Pro account (required)
- Canva Pro account (required)
- Strong spoken and written English
- Comfortable speaking English during Zoom meetings
- Reliable internet connection
- Detail-oriented and organized
