Sales Representative WordPress Website Solutions (Remote)

Role summary: We are seeking experienced sales professionals to sell custom WordPress website projects on a commission-only basis. This role offers uncapped commission potential; typical Year 1 earnings for top performers are in the $50,000 6 $120,000+ range depending on performance.

    THE ROLE
  • Prospecting and cold outreach to small business owners & service-based companies
  • Consultative discovery calls identifying website pain points
  • Presenting custom WordPress website solutions ($3,500–$5,000 per project)
  • Closing deals and handing off to delivery team
  • Managing your own pipeline using our CRM (we provide access)

Your Target Market: Small business owners in service industries (real estate, chiropractors, coaches, e-commerce)—decision-makers who know their site is hurting their business but don't have in-house technical expertise.

  • Ability to close 15–20+ calls per week consistently
  • Self-discipline; you manage your own time and pipeline
  • Comfort with rejection and persistence in cold outreach
  • Sales DNA: hungry, driven, results-oriented

LOCATION AND EMPLOYMENT

Location: This is a remote role. You should be able to work and take client calls during U.S. business hours to align with our target market.

Employment classification: This is a commission-only opportunity classified as an independent contractor (1099). Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and benefits; the role does not include a base salary or standard employee benefits. Equity options may be available for top performers after six months as noted below. If you require W-2 employment or visa sponsorship, this position is not currently a fit.
