Hours for this position will be 5 to 30 hours per week.

- What You'll Be Doing:
- Masterfully manage and reconcile bank feeds from numerous accounts, delivering insightful management reports.
- Craft and refine General Ledger accounts with precision.
- Dive deep into transactions, uncovering variances and communicating your findings with confidence.
- Tackle accounts receivable and payable with ease, resolving unapplied payments like a pro.
- Manage tech stack integrations and reporting.
- Confidently prepare and enter Adjusting Journal Entries.
- Generate accurate Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and General Ledger Reports.
- Provide clients with in-depth reviews and analysis, and guidance as requested.
- Handle payroll cycles, sales tax and property tax filings, and client onboarding.
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow and even software migration.

- You possess a deep understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
- You're a QuickBooks Online guru and a master of time management.
- You thrive in a remote environment and have a reliable workspace.
- You're a communication whiz, keeping everyone in the loop.
- You're resourceful, tenacious, and always eager to learn.
- You must have a minimum of 4 years of eCommerce bookkeeping experience.
- You have the capacity to manage 10+ clients from start to finish.
- You are QuickBooks Online Certified, A2X Certified preferred, with Shopify, PayPal, Avalara, Numeral, and other eCommerce software.
