Pickett London is offering an opportunity to play a key role delivering exceptional customer experiences both online and in store, working with beautifully crafted products in one of London’s most prestigious retail locations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About Pickett London</strong></p><ul><li>Established British luxury brand renowned for handcrafted leather goods and gifts</li><li>Longstanding reputation for quality, craftsmanship and timeless design</li><li>Boutique environment centred on personal service and attention to detail</li><li>Close-knit team based at the iconic Burlington Gardens store in Mayfair</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Package</strong></p><ul><li>Salary up to £27,000 depending on experience</li><li>Monday–Friday 10:00am – 6:00pm working hours</li><li>Store-based role in Mayfair (W1S)</li><li>Occasional weekend working during busy trading periods</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><ul><li>Represent Pickett London on the shop floor, delivering a premium customer experience</li><li>Manage ecommerce orders from processing through to dispatch and delivery</li><li>Maintain boutique presentation standards in line with brand expectations</li><li>Support website accuracy, ensuring products and availability are up to date</li><li>Assist with operational tasks including stock organisation and press loans</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li>Experience within luxury retail, ecommerce or customer-facing roles</li><li>Highly organised with a strong eye for detail and presentation</li><li>Confident communicator able to represent a premium British brand</li><li>Comfortable using Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms</li><li>Genuine passion for craftsmanship, heritage brands and customer service excellence</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Application Process</strong></p><p>Interested candidates will be directed to complete a short video application as part of the recruitment process.
