What You'll Be Doing: • Masterfully manage and reconcile bank feeds from numerous accounts, delivering insightful management reports. • Craft and refine General Ledger accounts with precision. • Dive deep into transactions, uncovering variances and communicating your findings with confidence. • Tackle accounts receivable and payable with ease, resolving unapplied payments like a pro. • Manage tech stack integrations and reporting. • Confidently prepare and enter Adjusting Journal Entries. • Generate accurate Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and General Ledger Reports. • Provide clients with in-depth reviews and analysis, and guidance as requested. • Handle payroll cycles, sales tax and property tax filings, and client onboarding. • Assist with budgeting, cash flow and even software migration. Are You Our Ideal Candidate? • You possess a deep understanding of accounting principles and best practices. • You're a QuickBooks Online guru and a master of time management. • You thrive in a remote environment and have a reliable workspace. • You're a communication whiz, keeping everyone in the loop. • You're resourceful, tenacious, and always eager to learn. • You must have a minimum of 4 years of eCommerce bookkeeping experience. • You have the capacity to manage 10+ clients from start to finish. • You are QuickBooks Online Certified, A2X Certified preferred, with Shopify, PayPal, Avalara, Numeral, and other eCommerce software. Pay: $25-$30 per hour (Part-time/Contractor/Temp to hire to start) Hours for this position will be 5 to 30 hours per week.
