Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced ecommerce growth strategist to help build a profit-focused plan to scale a women’s clothing brand in Australia from $1M to $2M+ in annual revenue. Scope includes: • Ecommerce growth plan + revenue forecast • Profit strategy (margins, AOV lifts, repeat customers) • Facebook/Instagram ads audit + optimisation roadmap • Email marketing strategy (Klaviyo) • Market & competitor analysis • GA4 + Shopify data insights • Product & inventory recommendations (bolthires: 15,000 units sold) You’ll be working with an established DTC brand with strong community engagement and premium positioning.
We require: • Proven experience scaling ecommerce brands • Strong analytics + forecasting skills • Experience with Meta Ads & Klaviyo • Ability to deliver clear, actionable recommendations If you have a track record in growing DTC apparel or similar brands, please reach out with examples of past work, case studies, and your proposed approach.
