- Support the organization and presentation of products across collections, featured placements, and merchandising modules to create an intuitive and engaging shopping experience
- Help maintain product taxonomy, tagging, and categorization to support merchandising, product discovery, and site navigation
- Run QA on onsite updates and manage weekly processes to identify unexpected site changes
- Support the execution of ecommerce experiments, including homepage tests, funnel optimizations, and pricing experiments
- Monitor site performance and report on key ecommerce metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, and product performance
- Observe customer behavior signals such as product engagement, click-through rates, and browsing patterns to surface opportunities to improve site performance
- Identify opportunities to improve site organization, merchandising, and operational workflows that enhance the customer experience, and help coordinate solutions

- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
- Experience working with ecommerce analytics tools, such as Looker or similar platforms
- Experience collaborating with merchandising, marketing, product, or lifecycle teams to execute campaigns or site updates
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment
- Experience supporting ecommerce experimentation or A/B testing programs
- Familiarity with ecommerce tools such as Shopify apps, or experimentation platforms
- Interest in consumer marketplaces, subscription businesses, or product discovery experiences
