About Us
CoolTowel™ is a fast-growing UK ecommerce brand selling performance cooling products globally through TikTok Shop, Shopify and Amazon. The brand has sold 20,000+ units and generates daily content-driven sales through affiliates and social media.
We are now looking for someone who can organise our customer data and turn it into clear decisions that increase repeat purchases and improve marketing efficiency.
This is not just reporting numbers. The role is to tell us what to do next.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
CRM & Customer Lifecycle
Set up and organise our CRM (likely Klaviyo/HubSpot/alternative recommendation welcome)
Build customer segments (first-time buyers, repeat buyers, high LTV, affiliates, etc.)
Design retention flows (post-purchase, reorder, seasonal, win-back)
Improve customer lifetime value
Identify churn risks and retention opportunities
Data & Performance Insights
Combine data from TikTok Shop, Shopify and Amazon into simple dashboards
Track daily revenue drivers (content, affiliates, ads, repeat customers)
Identify what content/customers actually make money
Weekly “what changed and why” analysis
Recommend actions (not just charts)
Growth Analysis
Find best customer types
Identify profitable creators & affiliates
Track product performance & reorder behaviour
Support ad testing decisions with real data
What We’re Looking For
You should be comfortable working with messy ecommerce data and translating it into decisions.
Strong applicants usually have experience in:
Ecommerce analytics
CRM/lifecycle marketing
Retention optimisation
Marketplace + DTC brands
This role suits someone who enjoys solving business problems, not just exporting spreadsheets.
