The role involves lead follow-up, conducting outbound calls, and supporting sales campaigns to communicate IXL's value proposition to new users. Responsibilities Lead follow up for transactional sales and data input for processing Conduct cold outbound calls and qualify inbound sales leads to communicate IXL's value proposition to new global users and to identify their requirements for the sales team Ensure the timely processing of leads and assist with and support sales campaigns Identify growth opportunities for the sales teams to ensure growth attainment Conduct web application product demonstrations virtually using screen share technology Skills BA/BS degree 1 year of customer service, inside sales or education experience, preferably within the ed-tech or software industry A high level of self-motivation, energy, and drive to succeed Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Excellent verbal (telephone) and written communications skills Understanding of web applications Ability to accommodate various global time zones Salesforce.com experience Benefits Commission eligibility Benefits Company Overview At IXL Learning, we are passionate about improving learning for all.
