About the Opportunity
L&D Creative is assembling a team for a state education eLearning development contract. We are seeking a skilled eLearning Developer to join our proposed project team.
This role is for inclusion in a proposal submission. If the contract is awarded, the engagement would run approximately April–June 2026.
Role Overview
The eLearning Developer will build SCORM-compliant modules from approved storyboards, develop accessible interactive content, and support video module production. All deliverables must meet Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience developing eLearning content
- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and/or Articulate Rise 360
- Experience producing SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 packages
- Strong understanding of Section 508/WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility requirements
- Experience with video module production (narrated, captioned content)
- Attention to detail and ability to incorporate client feedback efficiently
- Experience with education or government clients preferred
Preferred
- Experience with Vyond or similar animation tools
- Familiarity with screen reader testing and accessibility QA
