Job Description
We are building a bench of high-performing eLearning and Multimedia Developers to support enterprise Learning & Development initiatives. This is a project-based consultant role. You will join a curated bench of specialists who are activated based on client demand.
This role blends interactive eLearning development with advanced multimedia production and AI-enabled video creation. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Synthesia, strong in graphic design, and capable of delivering polished, client-ready work independently.
Consultants must be available during standard business hours for collaboration with project teams and client stakeholders.
- What You’ll Do
- Develop interactive eLearning modules (Storyline, Rise, or similar)
- Design and produce multimedia assets including graphics, animations, and short-form learning videos
- Create AI-driven video content using Synthesia, including scripting and post-production refinement
- Apply strong visual design principles aligned to client branding
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Instructional Designers to deliver high-quality learning solutions
- Manage deadlines and deliver client-ready assets with minimal oversight
- Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of eLearning development and multimedia production experience
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Articulate Storyline and/or Rise
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects or similar)
- Synthesia (expert-level)
- Strong graphic design and visual layout skills
- Experience supporting enterprise-level L&D initiatives
- Ability to work during standard business hours
- Must own and maintain required development tools and software licenses where applicable
Start Date: Based on project assignment
Engagement Duration: Project-based engagements
Hours: Project-based; scope and weekly commitment determined per engagement
Location: 100% Remote

The pay range for this is $60.00 to $65.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
