We are hiring a skilled email designer to create high-converting marketing emails for a growing home lighting brand. This is not a one-off project. We are looking for someone reliable, fast, detail-oriented, and strong in direct-response e-commerce email design who can become a long-term part of our team. What the role looks like Paid per email 2 to 4 emails per week Email copy will be fully provided You will be responsible for turning approved copy into clean, high-converting email designs Strong applicants may be offered a long-term ongoing position What you will be doing Designing email campaigns using our email template builder Translating written copy into visually appealing, conversion-focused email layouts Following brand direction while also making smart design decisions Creating emails that are mobile-friendly, clean, polished, and easy to read Designing with e-commerce conversion principles in mind, not just aesthetics We are looking for someone who understands E-commerce email design Direct-response design principles Visual hierarchy CTA placement Mobile-first design Clean and modern layouts How to make emails look premium without hurting clarity or conversion Ideal candidate Has experience designing emails for e-commerce brands Understands both brand presentation and sales-driven design Can work quickly without producing sloppy work Has strong attention to detail Can follow instructions closely Can communicate clearly and meet deadlines Is looking for ongoing work, not just a quick freelance task Trial task There will be a trial task for shortlisted applicants. For the trial task, shortlisted applicants will be given: An email template builder An email swipe file The purpose of the trial task is to assess: Design quality Layout decisions Ability to follow direction Taste and judgment Speed and reliability Shortlisted applicants will receive access to our email template builder and swipe file for their personal use. Strong performers will be offered ongoing weekly work.
