Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Email Marketing Designer & Specialist to support our growing marketing team. This is a long-term opportunity for a reliable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, agency-style environment and can manage both the creative and technical sides of email marketing.
You will be responsible for designing and executing high-performing email campaigns across multiple platforms, helping drive engagement, conversions, and measurable results for a variety of brands including restaurant and hospitality clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling, conversion-focused email campaigns
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies and campaign calendars
- Build and deploy emails within platforms such as:
o Mailchimp
o Constant Contact
o Klaviyo
o TOAST Marketing (Restaurant POS Email Platform)
o Other ESPs as needed
- Use HTML email builders and drag-and-drop editors to design and develop responsive emails
- Manage subscriber lists and audience segmentation
- Execute email automations and customer journeys
- Conduct A/B testing to improve performance
- Monitor email deliverability best practices
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with our team using project management tools
Design & Technical Requirements
- Strong email design skills (mobile-first, responsive layouts)
- Experience working with HTML email builders and email template editors
- Understanding of email structure and best practices for cross-device compatibility
- Ability to edit or adjust basic HTML when needed
- Canva Pro experience
- Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Ability to design within brand guidelines while elevating creative

- Reliable communicator who works well within a team environment
