Job Description: • Help develop email marketing strategies that align with business goals • Create email campaigns and automated sequences that move prospects through the funnel • Apply UX principles to improve email engagement and conversion rates • Leverage AI tools to optimize subject lines, send times, and content personalization • Experiment with AI-driven segmentation and dynamic content strategies • Collaborate with the team to implement data-driven improvements • Communicate clearly with team members about campaign progress and results Requirements: • 1-2 years in email marketing (preferably eCommerce) • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms • SMS marketing experience is a plus • Solid understanding of email template systems and responsive design • Knowledge of major email service providers and marketing automation platforms • Familiarity with email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, CCPA) • Experience with AI tools for email marketing optimization (ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar) • Curiosity about emerging AI technologies in marketing
