People do.<br><br>Our About us page offers a real look at our culture, our values, and the people behind the product.<br><br><strong>This is where you come in.<br><br></strong>We are hiring a <strong>UK-based EMEA Sales Director </strong>to own and build the region, close strategic deals, and set the standard for our presence across EMEA.<br><br>You will personally close complex enterprise deals while building the regional foundation - defining the go-to-market strategy, establishing a repeatable sales motion, strengthening ecosystem partnerships, and ultimately scaling a high-performing EMEA team. A small regional team is already in place, giving you an initial foundation to build on as you expand the region.<br><br>This is a true player–coach role, combining hands-on execution with long-term regional impact.<br><br>The role combines direct enterprise selling with regional ownership: expanding our presence in EMEA, building long-term relationships with security leaders and practitioners, and establishing the structure needed for scalable growth.<br><br>Requirements:<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Own and exceed an enterprise quota across EMEA</li><li>Personally close complex cybersecurity deals with senior security and engineering leaders</li><li>Build and execute the regional go-to-market strategy</li><li>Establish a repeatable sales motion and strong ecosystem presence</li><li>Lay the foundation for a high-performing EMEA team</li><li>Secure meaningful enterprise logos and build long-term regional momentum<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We’re Looking For<br><br></strong><ul><li>Proven experience closing complex enterprise cybersecurity deals in EMEA</li><li>Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments</li><li>Ability to build pipeline from scratch</li><li>Strong executive presence and commercial instincts</li><li>Deep understanding of modern software development and security architectures</li><li>Comfortable operating strategically and hands-on in ambiguity<br><br></li></ul>If you’re a top-tier enterprise seller who wants to build, not just operate - we should talk
