We’re partnering with a respected California-based plaintiff-side firm with a strong track record in Labor & Employment and Consumer Rights litigation. They are seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Attorney to join their Employment Team in a fully remote capacity.
About the Role:
- As part of the firm’s Employment Litigation group, you will:
- Advocate for workers in cases involving wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

- Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in California.
- Plaintiff-side employment litigation experience preferred
- Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills.
- Commitment to advancing employee rights and social justice.
