Employment Immigration Attorney
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Employment Immigration Attorney to provide expert legal guidance and representation in various immigration matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on employment-based immigration, particularly in areas such as EB, National Interest Waivers, EB1A, and O1, with experience in healthcare and physician-related immigration cases.
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in employment-based immigration matters.
- Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications, including EB, NIW, EB1A, and O1 cases.
- Conduct thorough reviews of client documentation and immigration history.
- Draft complex legal documents and correspondence related to immigration applications and status.
- Stay updated on immigration laws and policies affecting employment-based immigration.
- Assist clients in navigating the immigration process, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders to support client needs.
- Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law, with a focus on employment-based cases.
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws and procedures, particularly in EB, NIW, EB1A, and O1 categories.
- Experience working with healthcare professionals and physicians is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
