Salary: Freelance / Fee-Share Job Type: Part-time, Contract Location: Fully Remote (FL) Job Overview We are seeking an experienced U.S. Employment & Workplace Attorney to join a fast-growing, fully remote U.S. legal services provider supported by an established UK-based legal group. This role offers flexible working hours, pre-qualified client consultations, and a fee-share model, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality employment law advice without the administrative burden typically associated with private practice. Key Responsibilities β’ Conduct pre-booked video consultations with clients β’ Advise on a broad range of employment and workplace law matters, including: β’ Wrongful termination β’ Workplace discrimination and harassment β’ Wage and hour disputes β’ Retaliation claims β’ Employment contracts and severance agreements β’ Workplace policies and compliance matters β’ Manage your own caseload remotely β’ Provide clear, professional, and practical legal guidance to clients Requirements β’ Active FL State Bar License (or multi-state welcome) β’ Minimum 2 yearsβ employment law experience β’ Strong knowledge of U.S. employment and workplace law β’ Excellent client communication and consultation skills β’ Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment What We Offer β’ Freelance / fee-share compensation structure β’ Fully remote and flexible working β’ Pre-qualified, pre-booked client consultations β’ Full admin, CRM, and scheduling support β’ Optional evening and weekend consultations β’ No client acquisition or marketing responsibilities Schedule β’ Monday to Friday β’ Evenings and weekends optional Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $1,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month Application Question(s): β’ What days of the week and times (including evenings and/or weekends) would you be available to take online, pre-booked client consultations? β’ Are you licensed to practice Employment Law in Florida State?
