Certifications: Intune, MCSE, ITIL
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Endpoint Lead to manage enterprise-wide endpoint operations, drive Intune-based device management, and ensure secure, compliant, and reliable end-user computing services. The ideal candidate will lead endpoint teams, optimize device lifecycle processes, and ensure high service quality across the organization.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily endpoint operations including device provisioning, configuration, patching, and compliance
- Manage Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and MDM/MAM policies for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
- Oversee OS deployments, software distribution, and endpoint security configurations
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Lead endpoint engineers and act as technical escalation point for complex issues
- Maintain endpoint standards, baselines, SOPs, and operational documentation
- Optimize endpoint performance, reliability, and user experience
- Support vulnerability remediation, patch compliance, and security hardening
- Provide reports, dashboards, and improvement recommendations to leadership Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Intune, MDM/MAM, Autopilot, and Group Policies
- Solid understanding of Windows OS, macOS, mobile platforms, and endpoint security
- Experience with SCCM/MECM (preferred), software packaging, and patch management
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
