In this role, you will work primarily with students in East Asia, helping them build confidence and fluency through engaging sessions and live broadcasts.
- Core Responsibilities
- Interactive Instruction: Deliver high-quality ESL lessons to learners across East Asia.
- Live Broadcasting: Conduct livestream classes with a professional on-camera presence and high student engagement.
- Cultural Competency: Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of our international student body.
- Progress Tracking: Provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their fluency goals.
- Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Required).
- Language Skills: Mastery of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills (C2 level or equivalent).
- Scheduling: Ability to work during peak hours for KST, JST, and CST time zones.
- Technical: Comfort with remote teaching platforms and appearing on camera for live broadcasts.
- Vibe: A genuine desire to help students succeed with a "can-do," enthusiastic approach.
