This role involves hands-on development and configuration work across enterprise systems, with a focus on scalable integrations, automation, and application performance. Responsibilities Design, configure, and enhance enterprise applications to support evolving business needs across sales, finance, HR, and operations Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using adobe Workfront Fusion or similar tool, enabling data flow between enterprise platforms Maintain, configure, and update the Workfront system, including user roles, permissions, project templates, workflows, and integrations with other tools Assist in designing automations and workflows across systems using platform tools or middleware Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions through configuration, scripting, or low-code tools Maintain and support application functionality, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis Collaborate with business users, product managers, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions on time Create and maintain documentation for system configuration, integrations, and standard processes Support light experimentation with AI-enabled tools such as Claude or OpenAI Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques to drive consistent outputs from large language models (LLMs) Provide day-to-day support for multiple SaaS platforms, addressing system issues, troubleshooting problems, and guiding users on best practices Design, build, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide actionable insights for project stakeholders Skills Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred 1-3 years' experience working with enterprise applications; 3+ years of experience as a Workfront Administrator or in a similar role managing project management systems strongly preferred 1-3 year's experience with Adobe Fusion Experience with systems integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools Interest in AI tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) and willingness to learn prompt engineering concepts Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in fast-paced environment Experience with Agile methodologies Strong communication and problem-solving skills Benefits Hybrid work schedule Health insurance through bolthires (medical & dental) Vision coverage through VSP Pharmacy benefits through OptumRx FSA, HSA, Dependent Care FSA, and Limited Purpose FSA options 401(k) and Roth 401(k) with company match Pet discount program with PetAssure Norton LifeLock identity theft protection Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through NYLGBS Fertility benefits through Progyny Commuter benefits Company-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Voluntary Term Life & AD&D Insurance, plus Universal Life Insurance options Supplemental Aflac coverage: Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity Discounts and rewards through BenefitHub Company Overview MJH Life Sciences® advances clinical progress in health care by creating strategic engagements between pharma and biotech innovators, expert knowledge leaders and practicing professionals.
