Job Description
We are building Docado - a B2B SaaS platform in the freight/logistics space focused on document integrity, operational control, and automated proof-of-delivery validation.
This is not a logo project.
We are looking for a senior brand strategist who specializes in enterprise SaaS positioning and category creation.
The goal is to define Docado’s strategic brand foundation so it can scale as a serious infrastructure-level product - not just a feature tool.
We want Docado to feel premium, trusted, controlled, and enterprise-ready.
We are seeking a strategist who can help us define:
- Clear enterprise positioning
- Category definition (what we are and what we are not)
- Ideal customer profile (carrier size, broker type, compliance-driven ops teams)
- Core messaging pillars
- Value narrative (operational control, risk reduction, automation)
- Tone of voice (calm, confident, infrastructure-grade)
- Competitive differentiation
- Brand personality
- High-level tagline direction
- Messaging hierarchy for website and sales
This is thinking work, not graphic design.
