Our team is passionate about making a meaningful impact, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this exciting journey. **About the Role** As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving onboarding, adoption, utilization, and growth in our existing customer base. You will own specific customer accounts, proactively identify opportunities to expand use cases, and create action plans to help customers achieve success. You will also partner with our Sales team to realize successful renewals and expansions, and collaborate with our Product team to inform future product development. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive onboarding, adoption, utilization, and growth in Notion's existing customer base by owning specific customer accounts * Proactively identify customers who arenβt maximizing their opportunity with our product/service and reach out to create an action plan to help them achieve success * Partner with the Account Executive team on marquee Enterprise accounts to expand use cases and create stickier customers * Learn our product inside and out and help your customers drive business outcomes * Collaborate with our Sales team to realize successful renewals and expansions * Innovate and iterate on Customer Success programs to retain and grow customers while mitigating churn or contraction * Surface opportunities to expand existing accounts when itβs right for the customer * Document and share key findings/learnings with broader arenaflex organization **Skills You'll Need to Bring** * 7+ years of success in your current Customer Success or Account Management role * Ability to build Customer Success playbooks and new processes based on learnings * Ability to work cross-functionally to solve customer problems creatively * Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced and foundational team **Nice to Haves** * You've been a first or early hire at a fast-growing startup before * You've got strong technical chops * You have experience using arenaflex **What We Offer** * Competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Opportunities to work with a diverse and global team **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive, diverse, and supportive. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below.
