- Responsibilities
- Develops and leads complex strategic analyses and projects related to enterprise strategy and governance.
- Consults independently with internal clients to define the business problem, issues, and planned approach for research and analyses.
- Leads work planning and business problem diagnosis, coaching less experienced members of the enterprise strategy and governance ecosystem in building business acumen.
- Synthesizes analyses, key findings, and potential solutions into actionable recommendations.
- Works with senior managers to prepare and deliver materials, including enterprise strategy sponsor and board presentations, memos, etc.
- Interprets and analyzes highly complex data using business acumen in order to derive key insights.
- Verifies the quality, accuracy, and reasonableness of the data and recommendations.
- Displays, organizes, and crafts data into a compelling storyline with actionable insight for the ecosystem.
- Develops and presents research in addition to internal and external operational and strategic findings.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- Requirements
- Five years related experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience in strategy consulting and analysis preferred.
- MBA preferred.
