Position Overview As an Entry Level Customer Success Specialist based in Brooklyn, NY, you will provide high-level customer support to approximately 50-70 automotive dealerships. Functioning as a consultant, you will ensure that customers fully leverage the software they purchased through on-site (80%) and video conference (20%) support. Operating from a home office, you will be equipped with a company car, cell phone, and tablet. Established in 1866, Reynolds and Reynolds offers a complete Retail Management System for automotive dealerships. Key Responsibilities β’ Provide expert on-site and video conference support to automotive dealerships. β’ Ensure customers maximize the value of their purchased software. β’ Act as a consultant to advise and troubleshoot customer needs. β’ Travel for on-site support, including participation in an intensive training program. β’ Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Required Qualifications β’ Bachelorβs Degree or equivalent experience. β’ Excellent customer service and organizational skills. β’ Proven ability to build strong customer relationships. β’ Willingness and ability to travel β including overnight hotel stays up to 50% during the training period (approximately 6 months) and 1-2 trips per month after training. β’ Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
