About the position
We’re hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives to support leading nonprofit organizations through local events, fundraisers, and community outreach campaigns. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in marketing, nonprofit outreach, event coordination, and donor engagement —all while making a real impact in your community. No experience required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and clear advancement opportunities into leadership roles.
- Responsibilities
- Represent nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach locations
- Engage the public in meaningful, face-to-face conversations about important causes
- Inspire donations, volunteer participation, and community involvement
- Assist with event setup, outreach booths, and promotional materials
- Track supporter interactions, contributions, and engagement metrics
- Collaborate with a team-oriented outreach group to meet campaign goals
- Requirements
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and people-focused
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for nonprofits, advocacy, and social impact
- Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Full-time availability (occasional weekends required)
