We're building out our customer support team and need chat specialists who can engage with customers across email, live chat, and training platforms. The day-to-day includes answering product questions, sharing relevant links, and letting customers know about current deals and promotions. Contract length: Flexible, ongoing (no set end date) Rate: $35 – $45 per hour Skills/background needed: You'll need a device that can handle social media and chat platforms (phone, tablet, or laptop). You should be independent and comfortable managing your own time without constant check-ins. Following our processes and guidelines matters to us. You can commit to at least 10+ hours per week. A solid internet connection is non-negotiable. Hours per week: 10+ hours weekly Location: Remote positions available globally (candidates in the United States are preferred).
