As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
- Fielding inquiries and addressing customer pain points through inbound and outbound calling, email, and chat support
- Maintaining extensive product knowledge and staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following minimum qualifications:

- 18+ years of age
