You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and help them achieve their financial goals. This is a full-time, hourly phone position that offers the opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs and your availability. **What to Expect** As a new Financial Customer Associate, you will embark on a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. During the first 14 weeks, you will join a training cohort of associates, where you will learn about the financial services industry, develop your skills, and gain new experiences. You must have open availability from 7:30am to 11:00pm CST.
