Licensed professionals in this role commonly earn between $75,000–$145,000 per year based on performance.
This role focuses on education, licensing preparation, and professional development. Individuals in the trainee program participate in a structured, self-paced training environment designed to introduce core concepts in insurance, financial education, and long-term financial planning strategies.
No prior experience in insurance or financial services is required. Training resources and licensing preparation support are provided for individuals pursuing the required state Life Insurance license.

Compensation
