- Assist with data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Support client communication through email correspondence and customer support platforms
- Maintain organized digital files and records, including medical or dental receptionist tasks if applicable
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed
- Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes to facilitate smooth communication
- Provide general office management support such as managing front desk inquiries remotely, handling clerical tasks, and supporting project deadlines
- Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Previous office or administrative experience, including clerical or receptionist roles such as medical or dental receptionists
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clients or teams
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations in a virtual setting
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and data entry accuracy
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling software to coordinate appointments seamlessly
- Knowledge of bookkeeping software like QuickBooks for basic financial record-keeping is advantageous
- Strong typing skills combined with good computer skills to handle various administrative tasks quickly and accurately
