Starting Pay: Competitive rates starting at $22/hr (commensurate with experience).

What You'll Do:

Operate high-speed automated lithium-ion battery production machines in a clean-room environment.

Perform maintenance tasks, including cleaning, and adjustments.

Monitor operational processes to ensure quality standards are met.

Create and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

Participate in peer-to-peer training to share knowledge and foster collaboration.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 6S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety).

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma / GED required OR 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred.

Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).

Proven expertise in sub-assemblies, drive units, equipment rebuilds, and preventive maintenance.

Experience with safety protocols, including 4S or 5S principles.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

Stand: 75%, Walk: 10%, Sit: 5%, Lift: 10%.

Frequent lifting up to 20 lbs.; occasional lifting up to 35 lbs. Assisted lifts for weights over 35 lbs.

Compliance with PPE requirements, including safety shoes, gloves, glasses, Tyvek suits, and respirators.
