Overview

Lumevo LLC is seeking independent contractors to provide remote customer support services through the Arise® platform.

This is an entry-level work-from-home opportunity offering flexible scheduling. It is ideal for individuals seeking supplemental income, a second job, or a flexible remote opportunity.

Contractors choose their client program and create their own schedule within the client’s available hours.

Client pay typically ranges between $13.00 – $18.00 per hour, depending on the client program selected
Rates listed are after Arise platform service fees
Performance incentives may be available depending on the program

Flexible scheduling within client hours of operation
Minimum of 15 hours per week required to remain active under Lumevo LLC
Must comply with Arise platform and client scheduling policies

Must be 18+ and reside in the U.S.
Entry-level friendly (customer service experience helpful but not required)
Must pass Arise assessment
Must pass client background check (some programs may require additional screening)
Reliable Windows computer and high-speed wired internet
Quiet, professional workspace
