Position Overview As a Remote Data Entry & Pharmacy Support Specialist at Flexnity , you will be the front‑line liaison between our customers and our pharmacy services. Your primary focus will be accurate prescription processing, compassionate patient counseling, and supporting clinical services such as immunizations and point‑of‑care testing. You’ll work from home, collaborate with a dynamic team of pharmacists, managers, and health‑care professionals, and contribute to the seamless operation of our virtual pharmacy platform. Key Responsibilities Patient Interaction & Support Greet patients virtually, answer inquiries promptly, and guide them through medication‑related questions. Provide clear, empathetic explanations about drug usage, side effects, interactions, generic alternatives, and over‑the‑counter options. Identify patient needs proactively and recommend additional health services (e.g., vaccinations, health screenings). Prescription Processing & Verification Enter prescription data accurately into the electronic system, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Perform medication compounding, verification, and final checks under pharmacist supervision. Audit prescription fills for correctness, completeness, and adherence to therapeutic guidelines. Regulatory & Compliance Management Maintain strict adherence to controlled‑substance laws, “Honest Intentions” allocation policies, and all pharmacy standard operating procedures. Complete virtual inventory audits and retail fill cycle checks, documenting discrepancies and corrective actions. Support the pharmacy manager in implementing workflow improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce error rates. Clinical Service Delivery Administer immunizations, symptom‑based testing, and other health‑service interventions as a certified immunizer (or within 90 days of hire). Document clinical interactions accurately, updating patient records and insurance information. Community & Outreach Collaboration Build and sustain relationships with local health‑care providers, physicians, and community organizations. Participate in virtual outreach initiatives that promote health education and increase awareness of Joblora services. Team Development & Leadership Support Assist the pharmacy manager with hiring, onboarding, and training of new associates. Provide constructive feedback, mentor peers, and champion a culture of continuous learning. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related health‑care field from an accredited institution. Current active pharmacy licensure in the state(s) where you’ll be practicing. Demonstrated knowledge of prescription‑filling processes, drug interaction checks, and controlled‑substance regulations. Ability to obtain and maintain immunizer certification within 90 days of employment (or already certified). Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy and patient education. High level of computer literacy; comfortable navigating pharmacy management software and electronic health record (EHR) platforms. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience working in a retail pharmacy setting, including prescription verification and inventory management. Experience delivering clinical services such as vaccinations, point‑of‑care testing, or health screenings. Familiarity with remote work tools (video conferencing, collaboration platforms, secure data transmission). Previous experience in a customer‑service oriented role, especially within a health‑care environment.
