ENTRY LEVEL SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST JOB DESCRIPTION

The Entry Level Sales Operations Analyst has the overarching perspective of the company sales policies, departmental structure and overall sales revenue growth by facilitating data reviews and reporting and developing sales strategies.

ENTRY LEVEL SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance or other related fields

· Knowledge of primary sports is a plus

· Attention to detail and the ability to work well in a high paced team environment

· Able to work well in a team environment with various internal organizations

· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

· Must demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications

· Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains is a plus

ENTRY LEVEL SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST JOB DUTIES

· Manage Key Customer Accounts, Invoicing, Importation, and EDI departments

· Review Cash Flow and Budget to meet monthly and quarterly invoice goal

· Coordinate customer requirements with Sales and Production
