They are seeking an Entry-Level Civil/Rail Engineer to join their Transportation team in Morristown, NJ, where the role involves planning, design, and execution of rail infrastructure projects. Responsibilities Work on Rail Stations and transportation structure construction projects Engage in planning, design, and execution of rail infrastructure projects Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to blend theoretical knowledge with practical application Take ownership of the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the work assigned Progress from basic design work assignments to more complicated projects with a technical team Skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Course work related to transportation Previous design intern experience Engineer in Training (EIT) or ability to obtain within 6 months Knowledge of and experience using CADD/Design software (Microstation/Inroads or AutoCAD/Civil 3D) Ability to utilize design manuals, as needed Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future Benefits Medical Dental Vision Basic life insurance 401(k) plan Ability to purchase company stock at a discount Deferred compensation plan Executive Deferral Plan Unlimited U.S.
