Work Type: Remote Travel: Up to 20% travel is required, primarily for go-live support to hospitals within the Central New York region. The Role: Your Mission: As our next Epic Analyst – Patient Access, you will serve as a key contributor to our mission of delivering operational excellence across clinical and financial systems. Reporting to the Applications Manager – Patient Access, you will provide advanced system-level support for multi-user applications, including configuration, installation, maintenance, training, and ongoing optimization. What You’ll Do Day-to-Day: - Provide advanced support for Epic Patient Access applications, including troubleshooting, configuration, maintenance, and optimization. - Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to resolve system issues and improve workflows. - Participate in project planning sessions, helping define scope, milestones, deliverables, and timelines. - Support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruption. - Deliver user training and education sessions to promote effective system adoption and usage. - Analyze system performance and user needs to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency. - Maintain system integrity through documentation, testing, and adherence to established processes and standards. - Communicate updates, issues, and resolutions clearly to stakeholders at all levels. - Support ongoing optimization efforts to enhance the usability, reliability, and performance of applications.
