About the Job: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Epic Client Systems Administrator to join our team at Brown University Health. The successful candidate will have expertise in Windows Server administration and a strong understanding of Epic client connectivity architecture.

Responsibilities:

Ā Install, configure, and support Epic client software and infrastructure components">
Ā Implement and maintain high-performance and secure Epic client systems">
Ā Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions">
Ā Provide expert-level technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders">
Ā Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical processes and procedures">
Ā Identify areas for improvement and contribute to process enhancements">
Ā Analyze and resolve complex technical issues">
Ā Develop and deliver training sessions to colleagues on Epic client systems and infrastructure">
Ā Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and strategic plans">
Ā Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies">

Requirements:

Ā High School Diploma/G.E.D. required">
Ā Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred">
Ā At least 3-5 years of experience in IT, preferably in a similar role">
Ā Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills">
Ā Strong communication and interpersonal skills">
Ā Familiarity with Agile development methodologies">
Ā Certifications in Epic, Citrix, or VMware a plus">
