In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to the Equity Capital Market and Solutions business, overseeing the entire lifecycle management of equity execution bookings and positions, while ensuring efficient interaction with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities Process trades and client fund allocations promptly and accurately in firm systems Deliver client trade confirmations and ensure matching of trade economics and account instructions Reconcile internal position balances to open positions, exchange breaks, broker, and client breaks Maintain full control over end-to-end processes, emphasizing regulatory, risk, and control requirements Monitor and adapt to new industry initiatives or regulations impacting operational support Initiate escalation protocols and promptly communicate issues to all relevant stakeholders Skills Relevant experience in equity markets, trade support or related financial operations role working with Institutional clients and Broker-Dealers Strong understanding of various equity and derivative product lines (most notably primary and secondary equity markets) Flexible working hours (Require early/late logins) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Knowledge of BPS, Know Your Customer (KYC), DTCC-Omgeo platforms, and DTC/NSCC clearing is preferred Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task in a high volume environment with a focus on providing quality 'right-first-time' output Strong written and verbal communication skills Benefits Health and wellbeing benefits Retirement savings plans Parental leave Family building benefits Educational resources Matching gift and volunteer programs Company Overview Deutsche Bank is an investment bank that offers financial products and services to corporate and institutional clients.
