About the Role
Boosted CRM Consulting is expanding into larger ERP and financial system projects and is looking for an experienced ERP Migration & Financial Systems Consultant to join us.
We specialize in helping companies transition from legacy systems (Sage, QuickBooks Desktop, SAP, ACT, Goldmine, Dynamics, etc.) into modern cloud platforms like Zoho, NetSuite, and other cloud ERPs.
This is not a typical contract role.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow into a lead consultant and potentially a partner as we scale.
What You’ll Do
ERP & Data Migration
Lead or support migrations from legacy systems (Sage, SAP, QuickBooks Desktop, Dynamics GP/NAV, ACT, GoldMine, etc.)
Analyze financial data structures and map them into modern systems
Ensure accuracy of financial reports post-migration (P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance)
Client-Facing Consulting
Join discovery and pre-sales calls
Help define migration strategy and scope
Work directly with business owners, finance teams, and stakeholders
System Implementation
Configure ERP/CRM systems
Support integrations, automation, and reporting
Work with technical teams to deliver complete solutions
What We’re Looking For
Experience with legacy accounting/ERP systems (Sage, SAP, QuickBooks Desktop, Dynamics, or similar)
Strong understanding of:
Chart of accounts
Financial reporting
Data migration processes
Experience working with clients directly
Ability to translate business + accounting needs into technical solutions
Ideal Background
5+ years in ERP, accounting systems, or financial software
Experience participating in or leading system migrations
Comfortable in both technical and business discussions
Interested in growing into a consulting leadership role
Compensation & Structure
$35–$40/hour (part-time to start, ~20 hours/week)
Flexible schedule with EST overlap preferred
Project-based bonuses tied to successful migrations
