This role provides an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the estate planning field, working with clients to navigate their unique legal needs while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. Skills • Licensed Attorney: Active license and good standing in at least one U.S.
state. • Experience in Estate Planning: At least 3 years of experience in estate planning, trust drafting, and probate law (5+ years preferred). • Sales & Client Engagement: Ability to explain complex estate planning strategies in a clear and persuasive manner. • Technical Proficiency: Experience with estate planning and tax software is preferred, but not required. • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with clients. • Flexible Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
Responsibilities • Conduct virtual consultations with clients to assess their estate planning needs. • Draft, review, and finalize essential estate planning documents. • Advise clients on tax implications of their estate plans and assist with probate matters. • Stay updated on federal and state laws, tax codes, and probate regulations. • Help clients understand estate planning concepts through clear presentations. • Collaborate with a supportive team of legal professionals in a fully remote environment.
Qualifications • At least 3 years of experience in estate planning, trust drafting, and probate law (5+ years preferred). • Active attorney license in good standing in at least one U.S. state. Education Requirements • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
