Job Description
I am seeking a U.S.-licensed Estate Planning Attorney specializing in Trusts & Estates, with experience in digital asset & cryptocurrency planning, and preferably knowledgeable in cross-border estate issues for American expats. To review, refine, and finalize a comprehensive Revocable Living Trust package I have in rough draft format. I currently live in Portugal but am a U.S. citizen with U.S.-based assets (brokerage accounts, bank accounts and crypto). I need a professional to ensure legal accuracy, proper state-specific compliance (prefer Nevada, Wyoming or Delaware), appropriate formatting and filing, and clarity for successor trustees.
This job requires both legal expertise and the ability to structure a clean, attorney-ready set of documents. The ideal candidate will have experience in estate planning and be familiar with trust creation processes.
