Responsibilities
Must be available to work onsite in the Rosemont office Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide high level end to end administrative and operational support, including complex travel coordination, itineraries, event and conference registrations, expense management, and office operations—independently handling matters that do not require executive involvement.
Manage highly confidential and sensitive information with utmost professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement
Anticipate needs, risks, and conflicts in advance; proactively resolve issues such as schedule changes, travel disruptions, or competing priorities, using judgement to determine when executive input is required
Serve as the primary manager and gatekeeper to the Executives’ calendars independently prioritizing requests, resolving conflicts, and making scheduling decisions to protect time, ensure preparedness, and balance professional and personal commitments in alignment with executive preferences and business priorities
Draft and format presentations, reports, and communications on behalf of the Executives as appropriate, exercising sound judgment on tone, content and accuracy while escalating critical or time-sensitive issues as needed
Plan and execute all logistics for meetings, offsites, and events hosted or attended by the Executives, including venue and hotel sourcing, catering, AV, agendas, attendee coordination, access credentials, and on‑site support Prepare Executives for meetings by proactively compiling, researching, and synthesizing, background information into clear, concise briefing materials to ensure Executives are fully prepared in advance

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree and 7 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 10 plus years of specific experience.

Bachelor’s Degree
