I need a highly competent, resourceful, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant who can keep up and help me stay on track — every single day.This is not a typical assistant job. You’ll be: ✅ Handling small but important day-to-day tasks ✅ Keeping track of business growth priorities & reminding me of what matters ✅ Liaising with clients & partners via email ✅ Reviewing analytics, pulling reports, flagging insights ✅ Helping with research, list-building, inbox management, follow-ups ✅ Acting as my second brain when I’m overloadedYou do NOT need years of experience. You DO need to be ridiculously capable, detail-oriented, and hungry to learn.
