Robert Morris University is hiring an Executive Director for the Collaborative Learning Institute (CLI). This senior management role entails leading the CLI's strategic partnerships, overseeing operations and budgets, expanding regional engagement, and driving revenue through workforce development, professional education, and collaborative innovation.

- Manage budgets, revenue targets, and operational oversight of the institute.
- Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and CRM systems is required.
- Master’s degree in business, education, leadership, or related field required.
- 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in continuing education, corporate learning, or university outreach settings.
- Experience with corporate training design, delivery, business development, and funding acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, and knowledge of adult learning and workforce needs.
