We are seeking an exceptional Executive Director of Operations - Home Health Services to join our team at Amedisys, a leading home health and hospice company in the U.S. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational and clinical aspects of our home health services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure care center compliance with all regulations, laws, policies, and procedures
- Educate staff on state, federal, and accreditation requirements
- Direct weekly business development and management team meetings to promote home care services
- Provide input on marketing activities and agency marketing plans to drive growth
- Assign and direct staff with appropriate skills to perform duties
- Coach, direct, and encourage staff through formal and informal means
- Analyze work processes and suggest improvements
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance
- Make employment decisions for direct report staff
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $132,000 - $138,500
- $15,000 bonus

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or clinical-related field
- Three years of experience in leadership/management in healthcare, home health, or hospice
- OR five years of experience in leadership/management in healthcare, home health, or hospice in lieu of a degree
- Preferred: current, unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse or other healthcare professional
- Preferred: Master's degree in business or clinical-related field and licensed clinical professional
